A diet is a healthy way of feeding and nourishing your body in a way that your unique body needs. Key pieces of figuring out what our body needs is by our blood type, our preferences, commitment, and the drive to live healthy and long. 

Fitness

No this isn't bootcamp with barbells, tire rolling, and body building. This is all about releasing stored trauma through movement, breathwork, getting in tune with our bodies, strengthening our bodies to the beat of our own souls.

Hair Care
 

Let's be honest, I am not a hair care professional or guru. However, since my big chop in February of 2021, honey, I've certainly learned a lot about natural hair care and still learning! One thing's for sure, just like our bodies are all unique and different, our hair is too. Our hair is our crown, and learning to nurture it and keep it healthy is key!

Skin Care

Honey, our melanin comes in soooo many different shades and we are GORGEOUS! Nourishing our skin, moisturizing, and protecting it is the key! Let's share skincare routines, foods that are good for the skin, etc. 

Fashion

To me, fashion is not a trend. Fashion is the expression of the self through the outer appearance. Adorning the body with what aligns to you. From bright colors to neutrals, the intention that you put into whatever you put on even down to lip balm is fashion.Why? Because it's authentically you.
